PICKLED TOMATOES
Garden fresh plum or round tomatoes are picked early so they’re green and firm, and then they’re brined and fermented, developing a full, zesty flavor. Ba-Tampte uses the same process we use for our deli-style pickles, which allows our pickled tomatoes to retain a crisp texture and all the elements of a just-picked tomato. Ba-Tampte Pickled Tomatoes are great either whole or cut up in salads, as a tasty side to any meal, or just by themselves.
